Terms of Service
Last updated: March 18, 2026
Note: These Terms of Service are governed by French law. The French version is the legally binding version.
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the ArchiScroll application (the "Service"), published by ArchiScroll (the "Publisher"). By accessing the Service, you unconditionally accept these terms.
1. Purpose
ArchiScroll is a construction site management application for architects and building professionals. It enables the creation of meeting minutes, tracking of observations and actions, PDF export, and document management.
2. Access to the Service
Access to the Service requires the creation of a user account. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. Any access to the Service via your account is deemed to have been made by you.
The Service is accessible from a web browser or via the mobile app (iOS, Android). A free plan is available, as well as a paid Pro plan with extended features.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful professional purposes
- Not attempt to circumvent security measures
- Not transmit unlawful, defamatory or rights-infringing content
- Keep your account information up to date
4. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Service (software, interface, logo, content) are the exclusive property of the Publisher and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.
Data you enter into the Service (projects, reports, documents) belongs to you. You grant the Publisher a limited technical licence to host and make available this data.
5. Subscription and Payment
The Free plan is available without commitment. The Pro plan is subject to a monthly or annual subscription, at the rates listed on the website. Payments are processed via a secure provider (Stripe). The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Prices are shown in euros excluding VAT. The Publisher reserves the right to change prices with 30 days notice by email.
6. Availability and Maintenance
The Publisher endeavours to ensure Service availability 24/7. Interruptions may occur for maintenance without giving rise to compensation. The Publisher shall not be liable for unavailability caused by third parties (hosting provider, network).
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the application settings. Deletion is permanent and results in the erasure of all your data within 30 days. The Publisher may terminate your access in the event of a breach of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". The Publisher does not guarantee the absence of errors. Liability shall not exceed the amount paid over the past 12 months. The Publisher is not responsible for data loss resulting from improper use.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
